Case Polishing and Refurbishment
Perri Watch Repairs specialise in reconditioning and polishing cases and refurbishing all brands and models. We use the best equipment in refurbishing , stoning and laser-welding filling.
With our extensive knowledge and tools needed we professionally polish watches and remove all scratches, including deep cuts to bring the look of your watch close to when you first bought it.
Deep scratches cannot be removed solely through polishing. So by using our laser-soldering machine, we can fill the deep cuts whether your watch is made of gold, silver or stainless steel, it will have a professional polish, leaving it as new as possible.
The process
The movement is removed from the watch and then all parts dismantled such crown tube, pushers, glass, bezel, bracelet, etc. These are all polished separately. They are then placed in an ultrasonic cleaner machine with specific products so as to not damage the watch and gradually heating until all the waste, grease and polishing products are removed.
After this procedure your watch will undergo a steam jet wash where the finest particles that still remain and the cleaning product residues will be eliminated and removed.
After your watch is washed and dried, your watch is completely assembled again and lastly is tested on our waterproofing test machine.
