Watch Sanitizing

The crisis caused by Covid-19 reinforces the importance of proper sanitization of your timepiece for the preservation of your bodily health. In this scenario it is necessary to have your watch cleaned and sanitized along with making you feel confident and safe. We at Perri Watch Repairs offer these services through the use of machines and chemicals specifically tailored to leave your watch in perfect condition.

The Sanitizing Process

The movement is removed from the case and the case is then placed in an ultrasonic cleaner machine with chemicals specifically for cleaning watches so as to not cause damage to the watch. We then leave the watch to sit for a set amount of minutes. This is so that the majority of the dirt and/or beauty products such as hand creams that get trapped in the bracelet and at the bottom of the watch get removed.

After this process, your watch goes through a vapor jet wash where any remaining dirt and/or bacteria that didn’t get removed from the ultrasonic bath and cleaning products are washed away. 

After washing and drying, we put the movement back into the case of the watch and lastly the watch is tested in the waterproof testing machine.

Once we have received your watch securely posted via Royal Mail special delivery, we will be able to provide you with a detailed assessment and a quote before proceeding with the work to be carried out.

Protect Your Watch

Put the product in a protected packaging and send it to the Post Office. Technical assistance is communicated by email and / or telephone.

Turnaround

Once the quote is accepted, repairs are performed within 3 working days. However if parts are required, we will order them immediately with our local suppliers and proceed with the work to be carried out following parts availability.
